  2.           LIMITED USE SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

  4.    This is a limited use software agreement between the user and
  5. Evolving Software Products, Inc. (ESP). By continuing the installation
  6. of this software package, by running the program, or by copying the
  7. program to your hard drive, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms
  8. of this agreement.

  10.    This software is Copyright 1994 by Evolving Software Products Inc.
  11. All rights reserved except those provided by this agreement.  No rights
  12. other than those described below are granted or implied.  ESP reserves
  13. the right to revoke or change these rights without prior notice.

  15.    Evolving Software Products, Inc. (ESP) grants you the right to
  16. use the shareware version of the Three Dimensional Laboratory under
  17. the following terms.

  19.   You may:
  20.     a) Use this software on any compatible computer.  "Software" refers
  21.        to all of the files that accompany this file.
  22.     b) Copy and distribute this software as a single entity provided that
  23.        all files are left intact.  You may not charge or receive any
  24.        consideration for the receipt or use of this software without
  25.        the prior written consent of ESP.

  27.   You may not:
  28.     a) Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble,
  29.        or create derivative works based on this software or accompanying
  30.        documentation. 
  31.     b) Remove any proprietary notices, labels or marks on the program
  32.        and accompanying documentation.

  34.   Failure to comply with the above restrictions will terminate this
  35. license.

  37.   This license is not a sale.  Title and copyrights to the program and
  38. accompanying documentation and any copy remain with Evolving Software
  39. Products, Inc.

  41.   The shareware version of this program is supplied "as is".  No
  42. warranties of any kind express or implied are made to it or any medium
  43. it may be on.  In no event will ESP be liable for direct, indirect,
  44. special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of
  45. or inability to use the software or documentation.  The warranty
  46. and remedies set forth above are exclusive in lieu of all others, oral
  47. or written, expressed or implied.

  49.   Any legal action regarding this software or license agreement will be
  50. resolved in the federal or state courts of Colorado.
